Nikita Shirokov, operating the website aethvox. store, Company Registration Number (IČO): 23 230 100, with its registered office at Višňová 576, 289 24, Milovice — Mladá, processes personal data provided by Customers for the purposes of fulfilling and subsequently confirming the Terms and Conditions, processing electronic orders, arranging deliveries, processing payments and maintaining the necessary communication between the contracting parties, for the period required by applicable legislation.

Basic Provisions

1. The data controller, pursuant to Section 5(o) of Act No. 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), is Bc. Sources of Personal Data Processed

1. The Data Controller processes personal data provided by the Customer with their consent, as well as personal data obtained in connection with the performance of the Purchase Agreement and the processing of electronic orders placed through the online shop at aethvox.store.
2. The Data Controller processes only the Customer’s identification and contact details that are necessary for the performance of the Purchase Agreement.
3. The Data Controller processes personal data for the purposes of arranging deliveries, processing payments and maintaining the necessary communication between the contracting parties, for the period required by applicable legislation. Personal data will not be made publicly available or transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The Data Controller processes the Customer’s personal data for the following purposes:
1. To enable registration on the website aethvox. store, pursuant to Section 13(1)(a) of Act No. 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
2. To process the Customer’s electronic order (name, address, email address and telephone number).
3. To fulfil the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Data Controller.
4. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and performing the Purchase Agreement. Without providing the required personal data, the agreement cannot be concluded.

Retention Period for Personal Data

1. The Data Controller retains personal data for as long as necessary to exercise the rights and fulfil the obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Data Controller, and for a period of three years following the termination of the contractual relationship.
2. Once the applicable retention period has expired, the Data Controller is obliged to delete the personal data.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties who receive the Customer’s personal data include the Data Controller’s subcontractors. The services provided by these subcontractors are essential for the successful fulfilment of the Purchase Agreement and the processing of electronic orders between the Data Controller and the Customer.

The Data Controller’s subcontractors include:

· PPL (delivery service)
· Packeta (delivery service)
· Zasilkovna. cz (delivery service)
· Google Analytics (website analytics)

Customer Rights

In accordance with the conditions laid down in the Act, the Customer has the right to:

1. Access their personal data.
2. Request the rectification of their personal data.
3. Request the erasure of their personal data.
4. Object to the processing of their personal data.
5. Request the portability of their personal data.
6. Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically by sending an email to: aethvox@seznam.cz.
7. Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their right to personal data protection has been infringed.

Personal Data Security

1. The Data Controller declares that all appropriate technical and organisational measures necessary to protect the Customer’s personal data have been implemented.
2. The Data Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage systems containing personal data. These measures include, in particular, password-protected access to computers, the use of antivirus software and regular computer maintenance.

Final Provisions

1. By submitting an electronic order on the website aethvox. store, the Customer confirms that they have been informed of this Privacy Policy and accept its provisions in full.
2. The Customer expresses their agreement to this Privacy Policy by ticking the relevant checkbox during the ordering process.
3. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any updated version must be published on the website.

This Privacy Policy comes into effect on 3 November 2026.
